Pradeep Aeri worked as a Communication Designer and Creative Director for Satish Sud Graphics, Thomson Press-Design Unit, ASP, Clarion Delhi & Mumbai, TS McCann, and Govan Advertising agencies from 1979 to 1990. His portfolio of brands includes Nestle, Philips, India Today, India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), and Tata Oil Mills Company (TOMCO). Later, he headed a design studio, Design Edge, in Delhi, where he worked for clients such as Art Karat, Times of India, SelaQui School, and Accord Communications.

Creativity has been an inborn talent for Pradeep since childhood, and he started pursuing his passion for sketching during his school days, winning awards at school and inter-college competitions. "The camera and sketchbook used to be my companions during vacations," he says, and they remain his companions to this day.

In 2002, Pradeep held a one-man show of his mixed media “Images” at the Academy of Fine Arts and Literature, Delhi. The show was highly appreciated and written about by Capital Watch, The Indian Express, and Asian Age.

In 2006, Pradeep produced and directed “Exit or Exist”, a 12 min. animation film based on the theme of the “Arms Race”, which was screened at India International Centre, Delhi. This was covered by The Times of India and other publications.

In 2012, Pradeep participated in a group show of Posters on Environment by the newly formed group “Poster Art”, alongside ArpanaCaur, SuddhasattwaBasu, Harinder Singh, and himself at the Academy of Fine Arts and Literature, Delhi. The show was liked and written about by The Hindustan Times, The Indian Express, The Hindu, Jan Satta, and the Deccan Herald.

Furthermore, he has consistently been involved in teaching and served as a visiting faculty for Communication Design at Children's Book Trust, Pearl Academy of Fashion, and Delhi School of Communication throughout his career.
